In CATAN – On the Road, gameplay revolves around a deck of 120 cards and introduces a fresh variation on the classic CATAN mechanics. Players gather resources by drawing cards, construct developments from a shared set of options, and negotiate trades either with the bank or with other players. Trading plays an even more significant role in this version: if a player makes a trade while it is not their turn, they receive an extra resource card as a reward.
The objective is to be the first player to reach 7 victory points. Collect and trade for the resource cards needed to build. Expand your territory, recruit knights, and upgrade your settlements to earn victory points.
