Shipping Policy

Local delivery orders are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days. We will endeavour to provide same-day delivery where the delivery address is within 5 Kms.

$20 minimum purchase is required for Free local Delivery.

We use Australia Post or Interparcel to send our other orders Australia-wide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you have an urgent order, please phone us to discuss if Express Post is an option. 

Please contact the courier through your tracking details directly if you need information about the progress of your shipment.

There are some items that we cannot ship; usually, they are flagged as collection only in the product description. Real Toys reserves the right to refuse delivery on any item and instead refund the purchase.
